My partner and I were supposed to flight to Colombia and Dom. Republic on November but the UK government decided to put these two countries (with just 4 more) in the "red list".With such bad news, we proceeded to cancel all our flights that would connect us from the UK to Colombia and back. We managed to have all refunds a part from Iberojet.Their response?"not possible". No explanation, no information, no reasons, no empathy.If it was our decision on not going, fair! I would have given up. But this is a governmental decision. It's an external force that doesn't allow us to travel.We proceeded to email and ask wether we could get a voucher for the same amount. Guess what the response was? exactly...."not possible". And again, no explanation, no reasons, no extra information.Our last resource was to call them. The lady could barely speak english. To our request for getting a full refund she said....(you guessed it) "not possible". We then asked if we could have a voucher and...(yup, again) "not possible".At this stage we asked if we could speak to a manager to understand this better and have a proper response but we couldn't contain our laugh when she again answer "not possible". The manager/supervisor was in a meeting and we could only talk to her on Monday (not sure what sort of meeting lasts 2 working days).I hope Karin answer properly to us on Monday. Until then we will stick to the idea that this whole service/business is purely a scam and rip off
