Edit after Flight: I add 1 Star for Checkin and Boarding.Checkin. Very good. No complications and pretty fast in BKK Airport. No complaining about Backpack with LaptopBoarding: All on Time as scheduled.OnBoard: Pay Headphones? Did not pay since 8 Years by any other airline. Everything included. 4 or 7€ for a cheap 0,50€ China Product.Food; I ordered Pasta. Not to eat. Just discusting. I dont know how long this Pasta was already in the Holdomat to keep it hot. My Neighbors had Chicken. Same. I dont want to know how much they throw away. But my statement will be the same. Never again Iberojet! Sadly i have to fly back with Iberojet to BKK. lets see if at least the food is better when its fresh.Customer Service??? They should call this Service "Write your request, we ignore it anyways and dont help".Long Story short. I tried to reserve seats from BKK to MAD and back. I need to book Windows seats because i have Claustrophobia and need to have a view. Otherwise i get panic Attacks. BUT..... Iberojet has Card restrictions from different Countrys. So i could not pay with any of my Asian Cards the Amount of 50€. I mailed the Customer Service. They told me about highly secured page and more. But no sign of "we try to help"!, They did not care about my Issue and just ignored it. "You can make a transfer. OK. I tried. But again. ISSUE. Bank from Asia to Europe allows only Transfers from at least 91,xx€. I mailed The "Customer Service" again. Sorry cant make Transfer because of minimum Amount for Transfer. Again... NO HELP: They really dont care. "Sorry, thats all we can tell you". And the Issue i have is pretty serious. I fly around 28 years and only this year i had 25 flights. Not always is running everything smooth. Thats normal. But Iberojet is the first Airline, i ever flyed with, who dont care about the Customer. 5 Different people answer and not one is really reading what the reason for my needs for help is. And NOT ONE OF THEM EVEN TRIED TO HELP. Copy Paste answers and thats ist. Worst ever experience i ever had in my Life with a Airline. This is a arline with International flights. They should not have Card restrictions for Countrys they fly to. They have to expect that Citizens from this countrys fly with them. Or at least try to fly with them. Horrible AIrline, Horrible Customer Service! Not to recommend. Even Cheap Airlines like WIZZAir, Vueling etc. Have much better Customer Service and help where help is needed. And the quality and reliability of this airline is also reflected here. Not on comment from the Airline to the reviews here.
