It must be the worst airline in the world. Even Ryanair is much better. Their website was made by kids at school project 20 years ago. They are yet to create digital boarding passes for phones in the 21st century. It looks like they are cheaper but in the end you will end up paying more than with normal airlines. The worst part is that they discriminate against people with special requirements. For example, if you are bringing a dog, sports equipment, wheelchair or anything else, you will need to FIRST book your flight and ONLY after you are allowed to check if they have space. In our case, we booked a flight to be only told later that there is no space for our dog. We were forced to cut our holiday short and pay 353 euro to change our flight dates. Of course, Iberojet didn't see any fault in their action and said that they reserve a right to provide space or not. If we knew that there is no space for our dog, we would have never booked with them.
