Worst experience I’ve had with any airline. Received an email at 7am to say my flight was cancelled from Cuba to madrid and all further flights had been cancelled from that airport to madrid with the airline. Then received an email at 1.50pm to say it would be on time. Spent eight hours waiting at the airport to then be told it had been cancelled and it would be going at 2pm the next day but the airport was still unsure. We’d already left our hotel by then and if we had been informed the several times we called to check the flight then we could have stayed and made other arrangements. Instead we were herded onto buses, not told where we were going to end up at a hotel where we weren’t allowed single rooms because the cheap company had put all the people flying solo together despite not knowing eachother or even speaking the same language. I’m still not sure if the flight will actually leave tomorrow and now I’ve missed my connecting flight for tomorrow. An absolute shambles of a company stay well away.
