Hi there,When doing my checkin online I purchased prior to the flight online my Wi-Fi. When I arrived at the airplane I asked the crew how to connect to the Wifi and they told me I needed a code. As I didnt have access to the internet to see my emails, they told me they could not do anything to help and that I should buy the package again during the flight. so I have bought the Wi-Fi access again. When I finally had access to the internet during the flight I saw that there was no code information, I have asked the crew and they told me there was a mistake on the communication, they should provide me the code and that they were sorry but I would only get reimburse by doing and formal complaint by email.So I have sent an email asking my money back, but so far no answers. It has been more than 2 months.
