I never had issues until today. I played and went all in but lost due to being disconnected for 'inactivity.' I tried to refresh, but it took me back to the main screen, and by the time I returned to the table, I had already lost. I understand if it's an internet issue, but the site thought I was inactive when I clearly wasn't. I reached out to the support team, but their response was simply that the bet was settled, and they couldn't do anything. Losing money is frustrating, but not having a choice in the game is even more upsetting.
