I was trying to verify my address but they kept rejecting my Tax report which clearly showed my home address. Some generic badly translated (most likely some bots) chat helpers tried to ask me for some electricity bills or rent bill or something. But i have none of that cus it's all Online payment. And those don't show my address..Finally got connected to a real person and s/he was able to manually review the tax report that i provided and FINALLY got my issue fixed.
