I ordered a dog stroller from their company that didn't end up working out, but they were amazing to work with, and were so very helpful in finding a resolution. If you are considering ordering from this company you won't be disappointed, but on the off chance it doesn't work out they 100% stand behind their products, and have amazing customer service!!! In this time of not being able to reach companies, or being ghosted, good customer service goes a long way with me, so thank you!!!
I can't speak to prolonged use, as I ended up returning the grand cruiser large stroller but it seemed very well made and I would have kept it if it had been slightly bigger. Due to my own error I overlooked that the dimensions were in centimeters vs inches. You do lose the cost of shipping for returns, which in my case was just over $100. While it took longer than I hoped for a refund, customer service was always prompt in replying to my requests for updates. Even though the Grand Cruiser is targeted towards large dogs, my 80lb malamute mixes, who are very small for their breed, would not fit laying down, length wise. There are reviews on their website claiming great danes fit and I can't remotely see how that's possible unless in a sitting position, certainly not lay down without paws hanging off the edges.
I see you that their products are sold by a chewy. I specifically was thinking about the size of the wheels on the wagon & joggers, wondering if they might be usable in winter.They sid want the specific item names not just the general terms, but a human answered, & is getting the specs, probably engineering specs, considering the quality of specs on chewy & then more on their own website.so, thats a start.
