I received an email detailing new mortgage offers to choose from, so I called the number and received excellent assistance from Maria. Very professional, helpful & friendly. Despite the fact the offer had slipped past a deadline she conferred with colleagues and was able to move things quickly as if the deadline had been met. This saved me around £250. Thank you

In 2021 we changed our name from Ipswich Building Society to Suffolk Building Society, to better reflect the broader community we serve.
We exist to provide a safe home for savers and safe homes for our communities. We also use some of our profits to help protect local nature and wildlife, and support those facing or at risk of homelessness and domestic abuse.
