On 3/4/25 I recd notice by USPS my items were placed into my cluster box mailbox by USPS. However I actually did not receive this item. When I contacted IBSPOT John Taylor this happened he worked to get the problem fixed and within 10-20 days +/- the item was replaced. I provided info to him of my search for the item that help with his handling of the situation 😊
