This is the first time I ordered from this company because I needed refill filters for my Wonder Creature cat fountain. There was several places that I could buy them online (although seemingly not from the Wonder Creature company?....at least not that I could find) so it was kind of like sticking a pin in a map. The order was delayed in the mail a little bit, not Ibspot's fault. I started getting concerned when it kept not showing up (mostly worried that I had been scammed, and secondly that it had gotten lost in the mail or stolen) so I emailed and left a vm with the company. I was answered the next day via email from a very polite man who said that it had been delivered a few days previous. So I asked around and it turned out my neighbor had found it and it had been washed away a bit by a heavy rain storm. But the contents of the package were fine! I let the company know that I had gotten it and we had another pleasant exchange after that. The rep seemed genuinely concerned that I get my product, and in good working order. That goes pretty far with me in terms of customer service. I would order from them again.
