Update 4-4-25Well, I believe in honesty & fairness, so here I go. To my surprise this morning when I arrived at work my boss handsome this package that he said he saw sitting by the door this morning & it turned out to be the keyboard that I ordered. With that being said, that makes a positive spin on me below review. I still will never buy from this site again given the absolute non-existing customer service. If they would have communicated with me the entire experience would have been 100% better. So final recommendation to others wether or not this company is scamming folks, still shop elsewhere, you'll save yourself a whole lot of grief. 🙂Just like all the other reviews that I have read on here, I fell victim to this scam site as well. 😤 I ordered a computer keyboard for almost $70 that I now found the exact one on Amazon for $20, after reading All these posts. I went through same process as many of others have described; order status as shipped but no tracking available for days, upon calling customer service that their site stated is available 24/7 (I placed the call at 10 am ESTA time should have been open) I got the same message as described here "the person you're trying to teach is unavailable, please leave a message". So I did leave a very descriptive message & cell phone #. I heard nothing back via cell nor email. I repeYed the same process the next day, same result. That night I went to the site - filled out a inquiry form, again leaving same details as before. I waited till 3 pm EST time the next day thinking to give time for response, nothing again. That evening called the customer service again & demand an update on the supposed shipped order. Again, the next day nothing, but on the site the order changed from shipped to in transit but still no tracking #. Now, today finally I decided to Google the company name & oh boy! Did I find out the dispicable truth. This is the first time in my entire life that I have fallen victim to a scammer, the shopping site looked so valid, for now on I Wii research every shopping site before placing an order. May this person get 100% payback later in life, trust me, it may not happen immediately, but one of these times he is going to scam the wrong person & who knows what the outcome will be, this is just the kind of thing that can send some over the edge & there will not be an escape for this person.People don't take kindly when you mess with their hard earned money.
