Order was great except the long shipping time. It was lengthened a week from the initial process that said 2 weeks. I ordered on the 9th and just received it yesterday the 24th. A bit nerve wracking because ot was a first order from a company I had never heard of, and close to a 200.00 order.
That being said, it was packaged well, and exactly as described when I opened the box.
I will be ordering another one very soon! I need 3 total for all my ponds.
