Really poor customer service. They changed my therapist after only 2 sessions and when I faced delays in resuming my therapy due to personal reasons they informed me that my sessions had expired for no good reason and that I would need to pay more to continue, even though they had previously informed me that I had credit for 6 more sessions. This was despite repeated back and forth with their customer service team (who only answer on whatsapp and sometimes would ignore my messages despite repeated follow ups).Also, their therapists appear to be quite amateur and lacking experience. I recommend looking elsewhere where if you’re serious about getting therapy and not getting ripped off.
