Initial contact with the sales man Vik was very promising however once I had agreed to the car lease the level of service plummeted. Firstly the car was delayed for a week costing me money as I had to take a wasted day off work. Secondly the car driver who dropped off the car was expecting me to take him to a train station, he was very eager to leave and the car handover was rushed. Thirdly the finances were all botched up. I was invoiced by Novuna 3 months after taking the lease. I had already been chasing this several weeks previously. It was discovered icarlease had not sent all the details to Novuna. Finally the invoices were incorrect and I was being charged for a month before I took possession of the car. It took a month of multiple emails and phone calls with Icarlease and Novuna to sort this. I now have had to endure 2 very large invoices in July despite having the car since April! Utter incompetence and unacceptable in the digital age. Roll on AI to replace hopeless call centres.
