I did a deposit of 30k inr on 8 February 2026 by upi with utr 396913813318,payment was successful immediately but did not credited to wallet i made several mails regarding but they replied after 17 days and saying that we did not received any payment from you,they said you contact to bank and rbi for refund, i connect to bank made a complaint and also made complaint to npci(upi) they said this payment was successful and sent to merchant so the refund is not going heppen,now the water is goes above head as this seems totally scam,also i connected to the upi person which i sent this payment ,he is abusive and said me that he received the payment and not going to return it do whatever you want,even after i know that i sent the payment they also knows that they received but still nothing is heppening,i contacted many user with similar problem and we are going to make union and take this matter to cyber police with all these upi ids,before this my final warning is that you should return my payment,i attached all bank statement upto today its show successful payment with no reversal of payment,i request you to give my payment as i already suffering from financial crises.
