I was struggling with trauma after giving birth to my daughter and was recommended to ICBS by a friend. After enquiring, I was quickly matched with a therapist who could treat me with EMDR therapy. I was very comfortable in these sessions - my sensory sensitivities were happily accommodated for and I felt I could speak my mind whenever I didn't like how we were doing something. The therapy worked incredibly well and I'm so happy I sought help. I've gone from being so traumatised I could barely even think about birth without having a panic attack to happily contemplating the possibility of another child. The therapy was excellent, but I had some issues with the admin side of ICBS as well as the actual building it's in. It has a very abandoned vibe and was swelteringly hot in the summer.
