My mother owns a condo that is managed by ICC. She recently bought it and decided to do some renovations. They have been a complete nightmare to deal with.She is a senior in her 70s, and the property manager on site has been aggressive, hostile and tried to intimidate her at every turn. He actually entered her condo unit WITHOUT permission and expressly told her he will do so as needed in future.As a single widower in her 70s, she is now actually afraid to move in and considering selling her condo.When I contacted corporate head office and the CEO, I was told basically 'tough luck", he was acting within his rights.Unreal lack of concern for customer satisfaction and safety frankly.Highly unprofessional and concerning.
