I'm in the UK and have been with ICDSoft for about 14 years and have multiple business web sites all hosted by them on the Economy shared servers in the USA and in all this time I have never had a problem that they caused.Their Support has been second to none in both speed and knowledge in the very few times the web sites and databases had problems due to my scripting errors.On the very rare occasions they do server maintenance, I'm always contacted explaining what they are doing and given the short time slot the work will be carried out.For me they are faultless and don't be put off by so few reviews here.
