I've been experiencing significant slowdowns in downloads for the past few months. Neither the desktop nor the browser application can download my data anymore. I suspect there is data corruption. The support team has insisted multiple times that I repeat the same steps I've already mentioned I've been trying for days, but it still doesn't work. Now, they seem to be avoiding my messages. I've spent hundreds of dollars on this service over the years to archive my valuable work, and now I can't access it. They offer no alternative solutions. I would never recommend this service to anyone and intend to voice my frustration until they assist me in retrieving my data.
