I found this service to work quite well initially. However, about six months ago, I started receiving messages indicating that files I was accessing were corrupted and couldn't be opened in Office programs. This happened often enough that I began backing up on a USB stick as well. Today, I reviewed my approach, and now I back up on USB and another service, as well as an additional drive. I just couldn't trust this service anymore, so I ensured everything was downloaded, deleted all files, and uninstalled it.
