I've observed substantial slowdowns in downloads over the last few months. The desktop or browser application is unable to download any data at all. I suspect there may be data corruption. The support team has repeatedly asked me to try the same steps I've already explained I've been attempting for days, but none of it works. Now, they seem to be avoiding my inquiries. I've invested hundreds of dollars into this service over the years to archive my valuable work, and now I can't access it. They haven't provided any alternative solutions. I would never recommend this service to anyone and plan to express my dissatisfaction until they help me retrieve my data.
