My husband, son, and I just had the most amazing week traveling around Iceland on the Ring Road. We rented the largest camper (the five person camper) even though there were just three of us because we wanted the extra bed. The camper was perfect, and I can’t imagine exploring Iceland any other way. There was room for all our stuff and we loved that the lower bed converted into a table and benches. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a counter, an heater, and a small refrigerator. The heater kept the van toasty warm at night, and the fridge was big enough for all of our food and our beer! There were curtains that we could pull at night or for privacy, and they made it dark enough in the camper so that we had no trouble sleeping. We also had a table and chairs for eating outdoors, as well as a camping stove, a pot, a pan, and cooking/eating utensils. Eythor’s customer service was exceptional. He spent a lot of time going over all the things we needed to know for our trip (like how to pay the tunnel toll) and was quick to respond on WhatsApp when we ran into problems. He went out of his way to help us and even dropped us off at the airport hotel at the end of our trip. We highly recommend Iceland Campers and plan to rent from them again on our next trip to Iceland.
