I would give 10 stars if I could. At 50, I tore my ACL, damaged several other knee ligaments/tendons, and needed screws in my patella. After surgery, I used the standard ice machines for pain and swelling, but once real rehab began, I needed something more functional.The typical braces and ice packs just didn’t work for where I was in recovery. A friend suggested ICE-OLATE PLUS, and I’m so glad they did. It was comfortable and molded to my knee like a glove. The form fitting, not hardened ice packs made all the difference.Not only is the product exceptional but the service is too. When my order arrived, it had a handwritten note from the owner, Steve, apologizing for accidentally overcharging me for extra shipping. Honestly, I would never have caught that, but they did and refunded the error based solely on their own integrity. That’s a company I want to do business with.
