I requested a one time premium paying policy but instead was issued a regular premium paying policy by Shivam & Vaibhav Even I received conflicting & misleading information from senior management Ms Sakshi ,Mr.Aditya Soni,Ms Nirali & Mr.Rehan.Initially they told Shivam & Vaibhav not their employee but later told they were their employee & both of them left the business.Even Mr Aditya Soni told ,there were some more incident similar to my case.I have escalated to GRO ,secretary & top management but no satisfactory answers.Icici prudential top management sharing wrong information .I caution others not to trust them due to these practises.
