My complaint involved an organization’s failure to address my GDPR rights request properly. Despite providing evidence, I was informed that the regulatory body would not engage due to a broader investigation and directed me back to the organization. This leaves individuals without meaningful recourse and diminishes trust in GDPR enforcement. I suggest others facing similar issues reach out to their local representatives, as this seems to be a systemic problem.
