Useless. I was dealing with Victoria and it was clear, after proving a company was withholding information about me as i was in Tribunal stage with a court date scheduled, that she would do nothing, over many weeks for even a reply.Even with proof, ICO are useless and can only beg companies at best. Wish i had of read reviews before wasting my time
