I reached out regarding issues with a data transfer as I'm moving soon, and the new provider couldn't change suppliers due to restrictions from the previous one. When I called the previous company, I was directed to an outsourced call center with staff who were quite arrogant and insisted on my personal information, which I’m not obligated to provide since I'm not the former tenant. The situation escalated, became heated, and they ended the call without offering any help. I then contacted the relevant authority to file a complaint, but they requested I send all emails, which is frustrating because I don’t want to engage with such an unpleasant organization or share my data, which should ideally fall under their jurisdiction. After insisting on speaking to a supervisor because the representative was unhelpful and threatened to terminate the call, I attempted to explain the situation again to the supervisor, who also seemed unresponsive. Eventually, I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service, calling them a disgrace, which led them to cut the call again, leaving me without any assistance. Moreover, they mentioned it would take at least 29 weeks before my complaint is even addressed. How is this authority not under scrutiny for their poor service at this point?!!
