After researching the company and their line of products I decided to give them a try. After a year of daily use, the chair still looks brand new and is just as firm and comfortable as the first day. I have been so impressed with the quality and durability of the chair that last week I decided to purchase a second, identical chair for a home office. Once again, Icons of Manhattan delivered! The chair arrived on time, actually it arrived a day earlier than anticipated, and was a breeze to assemble. Assembly time- about 15 minutes, once you unpack the chair and the accompanying hardware. Lauren, from customer service, was proactive in reaching out and making sure that I had her contact information should I have any questions about my order, the fulfillment process, and the shipping/delivery of the chair. Lauren, thank you! I wish I could attach a photo of the two chairs, side by side, because you cannot tell which one was purchased last summer (2024) and which was delivered last weekend. Needless to say, we are real fans of Icons of Manhattan and their office chairs!
