Customer service is unresponsive, and when they do reply, they don’t resolve issues. I've sent multiple emails without a response and have been waiting days for a refund. They seem indifferent. Additionally, as a seller, if you list a link for $10, it gets sold for $80, but you only receive the $10. This is unacceptable. I won't use this platform again and advise others against it. Update: It's been a week since I requested a refund, and I've received neither my money nor any communication from support. This platform is a joke.
