Avoid this service at all costs! Believe me. I have two tasks with an estimated completion date of 27 Dec 2025. I've sent messages through the inbox (no response), reached out via the contact form on the dashboard (no response), and even emailed the support team directly (no response). The most frustrating part is that I was charged $44.48 for two links, which have been in progress since 23 Dec 2025. I feel like I was scammed. If there’s a delay, I believe a company should at least keep you informed during the process. This isn't a bot review or someone trying to write a negative review for no reason; I genuinely do not recommend using this service at all.
