I have attended my first session on the compassionate mindfulness and resilience course and I am very impressed so far. The course content and materials are very beneficial and in depth. The course is easy to follow and the lecturer is lovely and very passionate about his teaching and content. I am looking forward to the remainder of the course and would encourage others to sign up!
