Packages does not come in an icybear pretty box it comes in plain cardboard box but on there advertising it’s all lovely icy bear boxes did bring it up to the company specially when your buying as a gift company answered promptly and understood my disappointment and refunded me £6 which I took and brought a nice box to put products in as for the products hopefully they are good as not cheap
