The reviews here do no reflect the reality. I was onboarding for over a year. Constantly needing more paperwork. Once the shifts were booked, they were cancelled few hours before the start or once less than an hour before the start time. Then they dar call me back to cover another shift. All my trainings and DBS are now expired as I am leaving nursing, but they keep offering the shifts and calling me...to cancel last minute? It seems like the KPI is how many calls they make. I wasted so much time onboarding for over a year and worked 3 shifts in total on the pay that was quite sad (I earn more on bank). Too many promises and no delivery. Do not waste your time an energy.
