My experience with ID Medical has been deeply disappointing.I was given clear information regarding rates of pay and payment method prior to accepting shifts. However, what was later processed did not reflect what had been agreed. There was confusion between PAYE, umbrella and limited company arrangements, and the position appeared to change without proper explanation.Attempts to resolve this through payroll were slow and inconsistent. Different members of staff provided conflicting information, and I was left chasing for clarification regarding money I had already earned.For healthcare professionals — whether trainee nurses, ODPs or HCAs — clarity and reliability around pay is not optional. It is fundamental. Unfortunately, that standard was not met in my case.I would strongly advise others to ensure all rates and payment arrangements are confirmed clearly in writing before accepting any work.
