From start to finish I was very happy with the procedure, everyone was very professional and helpful down to the tiny details of transfers etc, the aftercare is very good. My wife came along aswell and she was welcomed and enjoyed the 5 star hotel and a nice touch with the idealofmed handcream she was given, I would highly recommend
