I am writing this 30 days after my hair transplant so I can not judge for now how the results will be in 4 months or better yet in 8 to 12 months from now when everything is fully matured. However I am sure the results will be great from what I noticed and experienced. Starting from my first "what's app" request to the return phone call from CEM who answered all my questions in numerous long phone calls everything was great. The Hotel was perfect, the transportation was with 3 different drivers and all talked good English. The 2 translators at the hospital where attentive and caring and there all the times I needed them. Everything was clearly explained, no rush, no pushing to buy additional products after the explanations. The staff during the operation were great. I decided to pay an extra to have the transplantation done by Dr. Kanahan instead of nurses or technicians since I wanted to make extra sure that everything would go fine and I was very happy with Dr Kanahan explanations and execution. I can honestly say that I was much better treated then in any Canadian clinics since they who would not have been as attentive, caring and taking as much time to do this with me as the team of IdealofMed was. the day after surgery I flied back to Canada, 11 hours direct and everything went well. I had no inflammations at all and very minimal pain or uncomfortable feeling. I only took the prescribed medication, nothing extra and all went very well. I have absolutly no problems in recommending them including to any of my friends. PS: I had 3,000 graphs and I did not shave my long hair on the top of the head
