After 1 year of trading, I was looking for a service that would include both a working tool (to let go of my Excel) and trade ideas (so I dont rely solely on myself). After a long search I went a long with Benzinga and 2 weeks into the subscription I am pleased. The App is integrates all my services and is very good. Benzinga Pro on the laptop is a complete trading tool where I set up all my watchlists, my notes and do my research.Before signing up, I attended the Benzinga Walkthrough that takes place every Friday to understand the offering and to meet the trading gurus that provide the reasearch. I liked it and reached out to Rodrigo - the Program Director - who was very patiente to solve all my doubts and set- up promptly the service to cater for my needs. Great customer service! As I started, I had some doubts in customizing the Pro website and in seconds my doubts were answered by Ricky. Super fast and super friendly. The Research service that I signed up for has diverse professionals with years of experience, providing daily trade ideas for small and large pockets. I have traded little as I am on vacation, but I have acted on some of the trade ideas and recovered 25% of my subscription. I could have fully recovered the cost, if I would have bought higher lots and managed to act on all ideas.Now I am almost fully migrating to Benzinga, leaving many files of Excel behind, cutting other services and streamlining the people I follow/watch regularly.Thanks Benzinga: Rodrigo A., Ricky and of course the Reaserch service.
