Really bad communication in my opinion but their customer service was pretty good. They outright refused to give my money back when I asked. They claimed that since the charge had processed at the one year mark (as I wasn't aware I was on auto-renewal), it was set in stone and I couldn't receive a refund (this is to my knowledge, still their policy so ***buyer beware***).I had to go through a lengthy dispute process. I then couldn't find when the refund was issued. They told me it was something I needed to take up with my bank. So supposedly they've refunded me my money.I'm now following up with my bank to see if/when I got my money back. And all of this over $68 or so?! Why would I ever do business again with an organization that will take "customer" money when that person doesn't want their product? I informed them as soon as I got the email that the payment had processed.I just don't know why they fought me so hard and why I'm still going through this to get money back for a product I didn't want. Do better, Benzinga. Just give customers 7 days to ask for a refund on renewals they don't want.
