Booked a sales call with them via their booking link, which included Saturday slots. I got multiple email follow-ups reminding me of the meeting, including 1h before the call. I join, nobody's there. I email the sales rep, and I get a response comprising only of "It seems you somehow you booked a call for weekend. Please reachedule for Monday." So it's my problem that I booked an open slot in your calendar, and there's no reason to say sorry for anything? Goes a long way in attracting customers :)
