I was trying to use this service and I can't cancel online even though they mention it should work, but it does not.The service barely loads / functions on the website with broken images and the speed of a modem from the 80s.I am so absolutely disappointed with this service and I have to now spend the time on the phone to make a call.Avoid at all costs.
