Good luck ever getting this scam of a company to remove your account. I mistakenly opted into this service because my company paid for it. Right after signing up, the spam emails started flowing in, and right away, I tried to cancel my account. Nope. Here we are 6+ months later, 5+ calls to their customer service, and I'm still receiving emails from them about my credit score or other spam! Here's what will happen next: someone from their company will respond with a canned response that includes them saying to call their 800 number; after that, I will call, and nothing will happen.
