Had Identity Force less than a year and cancelled. Customer service is suspect. They say they’ll check into trouble and contact you back, but after 4 calls to customer service they did not cure the problem and NEVER received a callback.FYI: It you use any other browser than Chrome or MS Edge, you may have trouble. I use Safari or Brave for my secure browser and I was told that there product does not work with either of those browsers. I couldn't get transaction monitoring for the last 4 months and was unable to add accounts. I paid for what?No refund offered and would never recommend this company, in fact, they cancelled my account after telling me that I would have to cancel it.Go somewhere else for protection.
