Right now I am NOT happy. I paid for the service up front for one year. I presume I am close to being adequately protected as I have had no bad reports, etc. But I have had one reoccurring glitch that I cannot seem to get worked out and do not feel I am getting the proper support from the company to get resolution. I feel I am spending TOO much time doing the work to try to get the glitch fixed and not enough time enjoying the benefits of the service (protection, peace of mind) I paid for. Will keep trying for a limited amount of time, but may then cancel service and look for another provider I feel is more customer friendly if I cannot get satisfaction.
