This is so heavy is hurt my face and left red marks on my forehead and bridge of my nose. It's hard to breathe and very uncomfortable. I could not sit up with it on for the recommended 30 minutes without getting a headache it was so heavy. It felt like it was doing more damage than helping. So I had to lay down and just place it on my face and it was still to heavy and hurt so bad. The neck piece doesn't fit the face piece either and I just tried to lay it across my neck and it hurt too. I wasted over a hundred dollars because you can't return it after you've used it.Also, it took a better part of two weeks to arrive from China when the information on their website said it would come from either of several warehouses in America. I think it's very deceptive for that was one of the reasons I purchased it thinking I was buying from an American company. I would not advise any one buy this mask and just save your money for an extra 100.00 and just get a better mask from a company in the USA.
