This is a scam. The mask I got came in bubble wrap with an A4 piece of paper for instructions. The mask was scuffed as though been returned. Tried to get in touch with them, no response. It's impossible. Refund policy states that you can't return sale items but everything sold online is on sale! The 'reviews' on it's website show different types of masks they don't even sell. They're all fake. Avoid!
