Steve played the middle man between to different companies. I had didn't have access to certain information and he was able to get our website up and running again. It was very frustrating in the beginning emailing back and forth with idesign and another company, but eventually Steve took completely over because I had limited knowledge on the information. He stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved. It was slightly inconvenient in regards to timing because iDesign has summer hours and unfortunately, Steve was away when my initial email was sent which also delayed the process. I would appreciate a "how to" should something like this happen again.
