Bought a sim only deal. They provided me with a phone number that had a digit missing. Due to their awful customer service system, they could not allow me to speak to anyone other than the sales team who could not help me. (As I didn’t have a valid number I could not log into the app or web chat service, or customer service line). Still ongoing but as it stands they are planning on charging me for a phone number that cannot be used! Absolutely fuming and the only staff who I could talk to from sales were rude and incompetent. Believe me - one star is generous!
