Having had ongoing problems (that 4 calls to their complaints line and weeks later) are still unresolved, I was advised my issue was being passed to their tech team and I could expect a call back within 48 hours. I asked for the call to be made after 3.30pm so I was able to answer and they called at 3pm. Unfortunately I missed the call but they left a voicemail asking me to call them back. I did call back but gave up after 23 minutes of being on hold. Don’t let them fool you with their responses to comments like this promising they’ll deal with any issues promptly. We’re more than 2 weeks on from my original complaint and yet no progress has been made in solving my issue.
