UPDATE: Dont take my word for it, just look on there Facebook Page. Looks like common problemsREVIEW: So after years of being with o2 I decided to change to iD mobile. Prices where excellent and it uses the 3 network. Unfortionatly the signal was terrable. Other people on other networks would have signal, mine would not. I was in the cool off period so wanted to cancel. This was when the problems happened. I contacted customer service via chat. After trying to explain to a bot, I was passed to Iviwe at customer service, where I was ignored and even though I was waiting for them, I was asked if I still wanted to talk. Eventually after them trying to get me to stay I was passed to another member, who disconnected my phone straight away and said the would send a PAC code so I could move my number. But no code came. AVOID THIS COMPANYUPDATE 2: I came on today to soften this review, but 24 hours later and still no PAC code. My sim has been cancelled, I now have no phone as I cant transfer my number to my new network and not a word from iDmobile about it. I tried chat but their customer service is so bad its impossible to do anything, Even the system tries to disconnect you because you end up waiting for them to type
